What is the ordering process? 

  1. Place your order online, or by email. 
  2. Once your order is placed and paid, you will receive an electronic proof by email within 1-2 business days.
  3. After you have approved your proof, your order will ship within 7-10 working days which is our standard production time.  We do offer RUSH services on most of the products.  Contact us for more details.  

What kind of artwork is needed for printing? 

This depends on what you’re printing, but high quality high resolution graphics and vector graphics print the best.  

What if I don’t have artwork, can you help create the design for me?  

We do offer graphic design services at an hourly rate, billed per every half hour.  We do offer 1 hour free graphic design services for orders over $500.  

What is the difference between Graphic Set Up and Graphic Design Service? 

Graphic set up is when you provide a logo, and we set the logo to size ready for print.  For example, if you order pens, the print space on a pen is about 1/4 of inch tall by 2 inches wide.  You would need to provide your logo or design within that size of a space.  In most cases, we can help set up the pen design at no additional charge.  

Graphic design is when you do not have  logo, or design, and need help creating one.  Think of it as painting on a blank canvas.  We would be starting from scratch helping you create a design ready for print. 

Do you offer samples?

We do offer product samples by request. Depending on the sample some are free, some aren’t.  Shipping charges will occur for all samples.  Please contact us for more details.

How long does it take to get my order?

It depends on what you’re ordering.  Our standard production time is 7-10 working days, but some products print and ship a lot faster.  It really depends on the product, and our work load.  

Most signs, banners, and business cards prints next day, and ships FedEx Standard Overnight.  Give us a call to confirm.  

Do you offer local pick up?  

We do not offer local pick up at our San Francisco office, however we can ship your order to the closest FedEx Office or Walgreens for pick up. 

Do you ship worldwide?

We can but it depends on what country you are shipping to.   For businesses that have overseas offices, we recommend shipping directly to them from your location through a freight forwarding company our courier.    

My Team needs an online store where we can buy our custom printed merchandise. Do you offer team stores?

Yes we can create a team store for you. There are variables which will determine the cost of the team store, and can go over all of the options with you.   Please contact us for more information or give us a call at 415-854-4596, option 2.
